RETURN POLICY

Dear Customer, we accept returns for any reason with the exception of Wigs, Hosiery, Underwear and Make Up – this is for Health and Safety reasons, to protect you as a Consumer, so please think carefully before purchasing these items.

Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued within 6 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item, however any postage fee paid for faster shipping option (other than the cheapest available shipping method) will not be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.

All returns are to be sent back unused/unworn, in an “as sold” condition, with all original inner packaging present, otherwise refunds will be rejected. If an item is returned as “Faulty” it will be fully inspected, if found genuinely faulty a full refund will be issued including any postage fees paid and the return postage cost.(Cheapest available option).
